Watters Environmental was founded on the goal of providing our clients with high quality, responsive service. Over the years, this became a technical focus, and the company proved successful with this model. However, in today’s New Economy, being technically “the best” simply isn’t good enough. Clients are demanding more, and with levels of anxiety and instability on the rise, clients are looking for someone they trust to deliver, and to be there to help them through the stresses of the day. This can only happen if there is a focus on establishing strong relationships, and staff that have the skills needed to help clients successfully navigate the storm.
This is why, about 3 years ago, Watters Environmental started a transformational change. Without compromising technical, the company added new team members with particular expertise in managing stress and building relationships. Today, we have a culture of collaboration and trust, and a safe environment for team members to learn and grow as individuals and professionals.
Without being afraid of making a mistake, our staff comfortably think “outside the box”, and offer creative innovative solutions that might otherwise have been missed. Clients that are aligned with this expanded business model, meaning those that appreciate the value of a strong relationship and a business partner, are realizing success in this demanding business environment, where their competitors are not.
