Environmental Assessment Services

Watters Environmental Group offers a wide range of services required for federal Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (CEAA) and provincial Environmental Assessments (EAs), and for Class EAs associated with the transportation sector (including the Transit Project Assessment Process (TPAP), as required under Sections 5-17 of the Ontario EA Regulation 231/08).

The Watters Environmental Group team has expertise in integrating a wide range of technical disciplines, including environmental planning, contaminant assessments, noise & vibration, arborist assessments, terrestrial and aquatic ecological reviews, air quality, socio-economics, cultural and heritage resources, archaeological assessments, regulatory liaison, public consultation, and others.

Watters Environmental Group also carries out EA amendments, and prepares Environmental Management Plans and compliance tracking reports for several major projects.
